How Dwella works
Create your listing, get Dwella approval, pay $749, and go live with MLS help from a local broker partner. Then manage showings, offers, and contracts on Dwella—you stay the FSBO seller in charge.
For sellers
1. Build your listing
Enter your address, confirm property details, complete ownership checks, set an asking price, and prepare disclosures and photos in Dwella.
2. Submit, get approved, pay $749
Submit your listing for Dwella review. After we approve it, you pay the flat platform fee of $749 to unlock the tools and MLS coordination. This is not an agent commission.
3. MLS entry via a local broker
Dwella works with a local broker to enter your listing on the MLS as a one-time service. Dwella does not act as your listing agent. Once on the MLS, your home can syndicate to major portals buyers already use.
4. Manage the sale on Dwella
Schedule showings, review applications, collect offers (public leaderboard or private), accept a deal, and sign contracts—all on the platform. See pricing for fee details.
For buyers
Browse Dwella listings, register, complete buyer onboarding, and submit an offer. Where the seller chose public offers, you can see how your number compares—without seeing other buyers' names.
Transparency, on your terms
Public leaderboards push competition into the open while protecting identity. Private mode is available when you prefer classic discretion. Details: FAQ and About Dwella.
