What is Dwella?
Dwella is an online tool for FSBO sellers. Manage offers, schedule showings, and sign contracts on one platform. We partner with local brokers to get your home on the MLS as a one-time service—Dwella does not act as your real estate agent. Platform fee $749 after we approve your listing.
The short answer
Dwella gives sellers the software to run a modern FSBO sale: transparent offer management, showing schedules, and e-sign workflows. A local broker partner enters your listing on the MLS once so it can reach major portals. After that, you stay in control on Dwella.
What Dwella is not
Dwella is not your listing agent and does not provide traditional agent representation. We are a platform. MLS entry is a one-time broker service arranged through local partners—not Dwella acting as an agent on your behalf.
