Pay $749 once Dwella approves your submitted listing. That fee unlocks the FSBO tools—offers, showings, contracts—and coordination with a local broker for one-time MLS entry. Dwella does not act as your agent and does not take a percentage of your sale.
What you pay
Dwella charges a flat $749 platform fee after we approve your listing submission. You still may choose to offer buyer-agent compensation separately if you want; that is optional and separate from Dwella.
Example: on an $800,000 sale, a 3% traditional listing-side fee alone is $24,000. Dwella's platform fee is $749.
